Professor Dodge faced his kryptonite this week, it and looks like he might have found a friend in Tequila. The boys had a great time this week talking with award winning mixologist, Manny Hinojosa with Tequila Cazadores and Corzo. We spoke with Manny about the Mexican Chardonnay, his journey from Mexico City to San Francisco, and his life behind the bar. Manny brings his passion and expertise of Tequila Cazadores and Corzo to the “Two Barstools and a Knife” podcast. We were also surprised to have Jaymee Mandeville, the National Trade Education Director from Bacardi, join the show to talk about the synergy with Bacardi and these brands.
